Inert adhesive-free tape designed to securely seal cryogenic containers. Perfect for wrapping vials, bottles, cryo-boxes, plates, as well as already frozen cryovials and frozen containers freshly removed from low-temperature freezers (-80°C) and liquid nitrogen tanks (-196°C). The containers can also be sprayed with alcohol or other disinfecting solutions, prior to application of the elastic tape, to keep the containers sterile for extended periods of time and prevent contamination. This versatile cryo tape can be used inside liquid nitrogen Dewars, freezers, and sterilized in autoclaves, dry heat ovens, ethylene oxide gas chambers, and gamma irradiators. Can be inscribed with permanent markers.
